All personal information you provide is securely held by Compac in accordance with its internal confidentiality and information security policies and procedures.  Such information will be used for providing updates in relation to new products, services, new or varied terms of use and any other information we consider to be of interest.

Where we provide a link to an external website, you may use that website in accordance with the terms of use applicable to that website.  Compac does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for the content or functionality of external websites which are not operated or controlled by Compac and we do not endorse the content of such websites.

The material on, and information contained on, or accessible through any Compac website, may contain technical errors or typing inaccuracies or other types of errors or inaccuracies. Compac assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any such errors or inaccuracies. Consumer Guarantees Act

If you are a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“the Act”), and you are not accessing the Compac website for business purposes, then nothing in these terms will affect your rights under the Act, and in particular, the Limitation of Liability section (above), will not apply.

Suspension and termination

Compac reserves the right to investigate any violation of these Terms or any misuse of this website, and to suspend your access to this website, without notice to you, if you breach, or authorise, encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to breach, these Terms. If, in Compac’s sole discretion, Compac determines that the breach can be remedied and that it is unnecessary to suspend your access to this website pending remediation of the breach, Compac may notify you to rectify the breach within the time period that Compac specifies, and if the breach is not remedied within such time period, Compac reserves the right to suspend your access to this website.

Compac also reserves the right to suspend access to this website if this website is threatened or impaired in whole or in part, and to modify, remove, block or disable access to any materials available on or through this website that breaches these terms or any other agreement between you and Compac for use of this website.

Applicable Laws

Compac makes no representation that the material on this website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access Compac’s websites from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to the material on this website will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining parts of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Forms

The data collected in forms and the information included in your cv, as provided in Spain Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13th December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), will be included in a file owned by COMPAC EUROPE SOLUTIONS, S.L., enrolled in the General Registry of Data Protection. The purpose of this collection of personal data is the creation of a database of candidates to fill vacancies. Please note that your identification data and cv may be transferred to the companies in the firm, in order to include them in the selection process. You, as owner of the data, consent and authorize to include them in the detailed file and agree with the conditions detailed in this clause. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, you are acknowledged to have and may exercise the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition, in the terms and conditions stated in the LOPD, by writing to the following address, attaching a legible copy of your National Identity Document: C/ Turia, num. 5, Polígono Industrial Mediterráneo, CP 46055 –Albuixech (Valencia)-, indicating the reference “LOPD”.

General

Compac may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this Site or in any other contracts between Compac and you.
