Our Auckland-based service team requires professional service engineers/technicians to install and maintain our leading edge technology products installed internationally.  Full training will be given to start your career in this exciting field.

 We are looking for enthusiastic graduates with inquisitive minds who are keen to join a qualified team which delivers excellent customer service. FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - California,  USA

This role is well suited to a very organized professional, who enjoys responsibility for projects and wants to provide excellent customer service.

We seek candidates with:

  • Extensive experience in servicing electro-mechanical equipment, preferably large scale machinery
  • Computer literacy
  • An ability to learn electronic and computer systems skills
  • Strong fault finding and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills to talk through technical issues, and to train customers in using our equipment
  • A willingness to travel within California and across the USA

  • Have excellent grades in electronics or computer systems qualifications.
  • Can relate well to customers, and seek challenge and variety in their work.

Preferably, you will also have:

  • An interest in mechanical engineering
  • 2-3 years experience in field service or installation roles

FITTER / PROJECT LEADER – Overseas Travel, Onehunga based

The Project Leader has responsibility for managing the assembly of a fruit sorting machine at our Onehunga factory, through to its commissioning at the customer’s facility.

We require an experienced fitter/turner or fitter/welder with a willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally (a typical installation may take up to one month).  We seek candidates who:

  • Are customer focussed
  • Have excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of fitters
  • Have strong fault finding and problem solving skills
  • Can operate independently, as well as part of a cohesive team
  • Enjoy interacting with different cultures

 Ideally, you will also have some experience of field service or installation roles

INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - ASIA   NZ based

We are looking for an exceptional INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – ASIA to join our busy Sales and Marketing team.  The main objective of this position is to provide highly effective sales and marketing support for our sales and service offices, joint venture partners, agents and distributors within Asia (predominantly India & SE Asia).  Key responsibilities include developing an Asian distribution network, creating sales concepts in conjunction with the engineering department, developing rolling plans for equipment supply requirements for customers and completing pricing quotes for customers.

 Our ideal candidate must have:

  • The proven ability to develop and maintain successful key working relationships, ideally internationally with a cross section of nationalities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to understand and communicate engineering and technological concepts
  • The ability to understand CAD and Solidworks drawings
  • Sound Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • The ability to travel overseas

 

It would be advantageous if you had an understanding of and/or experience in the fruit industry.
