Geoff began as CEO of BBC Technologies in 2005 during which time he extended the product portfolio and company’s global reach to more than 36 countries. Appointed CEO | Head of TOMRA Fresh Food in January 2020, Geoff's determination to continue pushing the limits of horticulture technology and innovation to further extend the TOMRA Fresh Food product offering is evident with the unification of two great teams, Compac and BBC Technologies. Geoff continues to co-chair is family's blueberry farm in New Zealand.
Katherine is a commercial finance executive with over 25 years experience in a variety of finance roles in multinational manufacturing companies in FMCG and primary industry (Dairy, Seafood), including DANONE, FONTERRA and Sanford. Katherine is a people leader who is inspired by seeing the teams she works with develop and grow. At TOMRA Fresh Food, Katherine is responsible for Financial reporting and controlling of TOMRA Food Fresh Business Stream global activities.
With more than 15 years’ experience in telecommunications, technology and SAAS, Charnz boasts a high level of integrity, energy and motivation to successfully build relationships, influence, collaborate and lead. Having worked in global matrix companies, Charnz understands commercial drivers, thinks strategically and applies pragmatic solutions to enable business success through its people. At TOMRA Fresh Food Charnz is responsible for leading the global people and culture strategy.
With a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechatronics (Hons) and more than a decade with the company, James heads up the Innovation team at TOMRA Fresh Food. James is responsible for the extensive science and research efforts of the company as well as early stage product development - ensuring we have the expertise, data and technology to meet the challenges of the present and the future.
An expert in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Scott has been instrumental in developing key projects for the company over the past two decades, including KATO260, CURO12 & CURO16 and Soft Sorter 2.0, to name a few. At TOMRA Fresh Food Scott is responsible for the development of new products from an engineering perspective, the support of existing products lifecycles and engineering change management.
Amrita is a qualified engineer with a MBA and proven track record of leading operations in the manufacturing sector with core expertise in operations management, strategy development, people leadership, continuous improvement, financial and change management. At TOMRA Fresh Food Amrita is responsible for driving sale and efficient production to ensure our customers worldwide receive high quality service.
With a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sebastian has held various positions within the automotive and automation industries, including Head of Global Product Management at SICK, a leading global sensor technology company based in Germany. At TOMRA Fresh Food Sebastian leads the product management team with a customer-centric approach to further enhance our integrated solutions portfolio with innovative solutions and digital services.
Paul boasts proven leadership skills and business acumen, combined with a strong track record of developing new markets, sales channels and distribution networks. Paul has held several critical management positions, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing for South East Asia & Pacific. At TOMRA Fresh Food Paul is responsible for developing and driving the global sales strategy, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
With a Honours degree in Mechatronics and Robotics, a MBA and 20 years organisational experience across a variety of industries, Andrew possesses a rare blend of business management, commercial and technical prowess that allows him to successfully navigate through all facets of business operations. At TOMRA Fresh Food Andrew is responsible for our global service teams, and optimizing our delivery models to drive sustainable and profitable growth and create happy customers.
Wayne's strong team leadership skills that he uses in conjunction with principles based around technology and process driven outcomes in the information & technology sector led to industry awarded recognition over the past 20 years. Wayne's experience in project delivery spans some of New Zealand’s leading industries and higher education providers.
