A letter from our CEO, Ken Moynihan.
While we have seen some positive signs of recovery across the globe, the COVID situation remains fluid and fast moving.
Firstly, I would like to reassure you that we remain confident in our ability to continue supporting our customers but, we acknowledge that there are still some challenges ahead.
We are continually monitoring the situation and constantly evolving our, Health and Safety protocols, installation and field service plans. We are working hard to minimise any impact on our customers due to international restrictions.
As an essential services business, supporting the global food supply chain, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure continued support of your operation. Leveraging our local resources, a distributed manufacturing base and remote service and training tools will enable us, as much as is possible, to maintain business as usual.
Most importantly, I want you to know that we are taking every measure to ensure our employees stay safe and healthy, and by extension, helping you and your employees do the same.
